i just had to add a recommendation for Sensible Choice. Simba would constantly throw up on other foods (the premium brands). When I finally started to use this brand it was the only food that did not bother his tummy. My cats go wild over it. I think (?) though that it can take up to eight weeks (not sure) to get the previous food out of their systems. I buy it at Pet Market Place, I'm not sure if this is a chain store or not. I know they used to sell it at Wild Oats (a small chain) but I haven't found it there in awhile. good luck!
