Karla,
Has your vet done a chest X ray? There is a condition that felv cats can
get that causes fluid in the chest cavity. Fortunately, your vet found no
fluid and that's good. Also, maybe some heart studies might be in order.
Sometimes shortness of breath is heart related. barb
