Laura,
It is so hard on the ones remaining when a friend (or family member) dies
so quickly, so unannounced, so unknown... Please know that your friend
Matt has gone on to a higher level and no longer needs his physical body.
His soul has been set free to continue his journey, and his memory shall
remain with you, your husband and the rest of his friends for as long as
you live. My prayers are with you and your husband in your time of grief.
