We started Zoie out on NutraMax kitten food. At the time, Jason's
cat, Minx, was eating Iams lite. We'd read an article somewhere about
NutraMax and decided that it was a good buy in terms of nutrition and
price, but I don't remember the specifics (this was back in 1995, so
the price of NutraMax may have changed).
Zoie didn't much like the NutraMax and preferred the Iams. Minx
preferred the NutraMax, which had more fat in it since it was for
kittens. So, we ended up using Iams only.
