I agree about small pox also.

There's a report in the news that folks who got the polio vaccine
may have been exposed to a virus. Obviously, not everyone who got
the vaccine got the virus, or it doesn't affect everyone, but there
is some risk - but compared to getting polio - I'm glad I had the
vaccine.
