I would get them both the rabies and felv vaccine, if anything you are helping
them out in the long run. I have 4 indoor kitties, one positive and they all
get all the shots they need.
Here in RI it is law for the rabies, indoors and outdoors. They even had a
case where an elderly dog (18) belonging to an elderly lady bit a nurse, and
since the dog did not have the rabies (never stepped foot outdoors eithrer)
had to be quarnteed to watch for rabies.
