NIU received my request. I sent it as certified mail so that I would know that it was received and when.
I received a letter from Bonnie Anderson (NIU General Counsel secretary) with an enclosure that was supposed to satisfy my FOIA request. Click here to see that document.
I sent a letter back to Ms. Anderson informing her that the document she sent me does not satisfy the parameters of my FOIA request. Click here to read my letter.
I received a letter from the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission stating that they have opened a case file and inquiry into the actions of George Shur pertaining to his submission of false and falsified documents to Senator Moseley-Braun's office.
