I have the same situation, except when we had Rubin it was 3 negs & 2 pos,
Zach has been living mixed with postives 4 years in Oct, and Patrick and
Elizabeth 2 years in Aug. I talked to my vet again about this, and she told me
that the vaccine that she uses is 98% effective, I know there had been some
discusions about the vaccines being only 85% effective. She told me that there
where vaccines that where not as strong, but she prefers to use the stronger
one. Also, the vaccines are based on 1 year. And there is debate on about how
long is it effective after that one year, is it days or weeks. So that is why
I am right on top of it, I do not let any time slide by. Before Patrick and
Elizabeth moved in they had 2 vaccines for the FeLv.
